    TEV has a history of excellence and quality in the manufacturing industry, for cutting edge design, development, and production. Based in Brighouse, West Yorkshire the company operates two divisions Marstair refrigeration and Quartz chilled water fan coils.

    We are embarking on a strategic period of business growth over the next 3 years and require new engineers to facilitate this. We are therefore looking for several Engineering Graduates to working in varying roles across our business.

    We are currently recruiting for the following roles:

    • Applications Engineers
    • Project Managers
    • Industrial Engineers

    Applications Engineers will be responsible for providing the highest level of customer service at all times, working as an integral part of the sales team to maximise project sales opportunities.

    Primary Responsibilities

    • Provide the highest level of technical support and advise to clients on a range of product solutions
    • Define customer requirements and recommend engineered product design solutions
    • Respond to inbound project enquiries and provide bespoke quotations
    • Provide project quotation proposals including all relevant documentation to the customer, utilising the companies SAP sales CRM system
    • Liaise between the customer and internal departments for end to end project support
    • Contact existing and potential clients to promote both exiting and newly launched product solutions

     Skills, experience, and qualifications required

    • Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
    • Highly motivated and pro-active approach
    • Ability to learn new processes, retain knowledge
    • Customer focused with excellent customer service skills

     

    Graduate Project Manager will support the technical team by managing the business’s new product developments, engineering applications, value engineering and standardisation projects efficiently, on time and to budget.

    Primary Responsibilities

    • Liaise with the commercial and the operations teams and make detailed plans to ensure projects are completed within pre-set deadlines and to budget
    • Manage the engineering projects through identifying engineer’s priorities, planning materials and other resources as required
    • Review and ensure all documentation requirements are completed
    • Review and improve the company’s engineering processes and procedures for efficiency improvements
    • Compile and review engineering hours spent within the business each month

     Skills, experience, and qualifications required

    • Degree in Mechanical/Electrical or Industrial Engineering
    • A knowledge of Prince 2 would be advantageous
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills
    • Highly motivated and pro-active approach
    • Ability to learn new processes, retain knowledge
    • Excellent IT skills

     

    Graduate Industrial Engineer will be responsible for supporting the Production Manager with efficient working initiatives, process flow balancing and design for manufacturing improvements, as well as master data accuracy of SAP resource information.

    Primary Responsibilities

    • Analyse and develop the sequence of operations and workflow to improve efficiencies
    • Collate work times for standard costs and manage master data in SAP
    • Assist Engineering in NPI process to ensure products are designed for manufacture
    • Support Engineering in Value Engineering initiatives
    • Assist in rationilisation and standardisation of products and components

     Skills, experience, and qualifications required

    • Degree in Mechanical/Electrical or Industrial Engineering
    • A process driven approach to problem solving
    • Highly motivated and pro-active approach
    • Ability to learn new processes, retain knowledge
    • Excellent IT skills
    • Use of CAD advantageous
