Heat Recovery

With ever rising energy costs, reducing energy consumption is increasingly important. Recovering heat from a refrigeration system and utilising it to reduce the heating required from a boiler helps to minimise running costs and reduces the carbon impact. With all of this in mind, Marstair developed Greenheat.

Suitable for both medium and low temperature applications, waste heat that would otherwise be released is recovered via plate heat exchangers, air heaters (GreenHeat Cassette), or hot water cylinders specifically designed with a refrigerant coil.
